Delete My Account!
I’ve been getting some email requests lately: “Please delete my account.”
Typical websites, I don’t find, have a Delete My Acct option so I have to wonder if this may be a new phenomenon fueled by people wanting to not receive social network event notifications such as “XXXX added you as a friend” or “XXX threw a sheep at you.”
I can’t imagine how many sites I have a long forgotten or ignored account with.
